I have watched it a couple of times.
They cover almost all the main topics of meditation.
The video you posted "Spiritual Reality - Journey within" is probably the best, we'll known video on the Internet about mediation .

I've played Leela twice now and each time I'm impressed with how relaxing it is. It is a video game for the Wii, but it's about meditation, breathing, and peace.
More games should be like this.
