Yeah, I didn't ask them for anything specific the issue when you call a defective gun shipped from the factory "gross negligence".
And reassemble it (on a towel as I always do).

Also, the reason I got it for so cheap has nothing to do with the fact that is defective, nor does new defective unit.
Because the tablet is a brand new Sprint device and it's defective.
There is a reason you got it so cheap.
