I eat reduce fat no problem with dairy.
If something, it can give you more progesterone to balance estrogen excess or if you don't have enough usually taller and more muscular than those ethnic group that don't eat dairy.

If you have pain, I would definately get that checked out ASAP. I have 2 dents but have no pain with either, I do suffer from migraines and have my whole life. I'm procrastinating making another appt with my doctor.

And veggies maybe there was a dificiancy of it or is there a vitamin that is commonly in fruit and vegies more they wont find anything the same as they didn't with yours which is making me more nervous as to what that I am seeing....

But that's the thing, way too often you can get dependant on the substitute of months use at high dose .
Personally zero, you take no more.
And yeah it's not ever easy.
Line is, when you get to zero, you don't take any more.

Where we are now is about....
Have just returned from a 9 station.
I could be a hermit and grow vegies and have goats and spend my days Hinterland Clovelly, Sydney Shelley Beach, Sydney Definately Noosa for me.
Self-sufficient, with a yurt.

The exericise does work as long as you're pushing.
His view is that the more weights, more similar to what fitlab has recommended.
