They haven't handed out a sentence yet, but 4 counts of 1st degree murder is 100 years.
And with 4 victims I'd think that four counts of 1st degree murder would equate to at least 100.

I'm just going by Wikipedia....
A second degree murder would be intentionally killing somebody in a bout of passion.
That be second degree murder, or even manslaughter, because of a lack of premeditation? Premeditation doesn't.

I am glad we do not have a death penalty .
They really hardly care at all about Canadian events.
This news has spread quickly, the BBC has this story already and the Beeeb, pays little attention to Canadian matters .

The article fails to connect the dots....
The defendent killed the guy because he was angry that the guy was doing more work and making more money .
The deceased's fiance was a dispatcher at the company both men worked at .
Interesting tidbit in the article.

Thus, you would hopefully never find me in the crowd yelling "crucify." Not just because I wouldn'... .
I'm against the death penalty merely because I wouldn't administer that punishment myself .
I am for the death penalty in regards to a government's role .
