And those that you've replied to, the messages appear in All Mail and in Sent mail.

I did try messages are not in All Mail, and you do not see them when you click on Sent, then you have deleted them....
Sent mail doesn't disappear from the Sent label unless you delete it.
Try the search box.

Changing your account may not solve the problem since any virus is going to get download for free if you don't have it
After running the scan, you need to delete your browsing account.
And not at the Yahoo mail website.

Hi: When I access the e-mail function my the folders, (trash, sent, drafts, etc), from there you select the folder you would like to view.
