If you're buying just 1 computer for personal use then there's no way I'd recommend Dell.
I buy computers for my company and if you're buying computers for more than 20 or so people.

I almost found a deal for 4gb ddr2 pc2-6400 for $30, but didn't want to spend .
Be careful of adding things that add much heat as Dell does upgrade these computers.
Would help, 4 would do the trick.
