Looking at getting some Dell Workstations (T3500). One of the options is to raid 1 the harddrives (presumably this would give you a speed boost). Is this software or hardware raid?

Created fileio test data thus (data (makes 2.5" drive fit in 3.5" slot) will not work with Dell 3.5" drive sled as connector alignment: I tested zfs, xfs and ext4 too, as well....

You can also try SysInternals Autoruns.
It's junk and chews up RAM and hard drive this program will uninstall that software.
If it were me, I would uninstall ALL Dell related software.

Would the recommendation be to use the vanilla ESXi ISO from VMware.com or the ESXi ISO from the Dell website please?
