Taking clinical exam in December, but still need to take the CSE and law exam.
Can anyone tell me how to study for the CSE.
Contacted NERB and they told me to contact State of Florida, who in return told be to contact NERB. Cannot seem to get any answers...

This Dental office consistently overcharged me. But then it went from bad to worse. As I planned to leave, I decided to let them first fill my cavities first. That went badly so I cancelled my appt for the second cavity. Thought I was done with the nightmare...

I have read some other discussions and it seems like many dental assistants hate their jobs. I am considering becoming a dental assistant and would like to know more about it. Do you get benefits? Is the pay decent?

Just wanted to know what the physical attributes of the job are. I have heard of dental hygienist say their wrist hurt, is it the same for dental assistants? Backaches anyone? Thanks for any response to my questions.

I have been a dental assistant for 25 yrs. 23 of them have been spent working at a dental school. The other 2 in private practice. Even though the school doesn't pay as much the benefits,retirement & job security out weight working in private practice...

Hygienists in Colorado are legally allowed to open their own practice, as well as contracting with dentists to refer patients to. I'm not sure about California, but it wouldn't surprise me if that state is headed in that direction. The east coast is slow...
