Mini implants and traditional dental implants? what's the difference between the 2? what are the pros and cons of having mini implant than the traditional ones? i heard that mini implants are way more affordable than the traditional...how is it different...

just back from the dentist having had the last of my baby teeth pulled, i'm 30.
I think this has focussed my mind a bit. I am missing 7 permanent teeth all of which simply weren't there when the baby teeth fell out...

You are likely , if they accept you cant see without them so why would they... .
It may be some distance bone and implant placement can be very difficult or impossible.
Ask your dentist to refer you for an opinion to your local dental hospital.
