To be honest I don't see any difference to discourage/punish farming.
Thanks at the Fateweaver before I ever got him started farming.
Fire farm-only build! His PvE build is plenty strong and I have no problems with it as yet.

Yeah but i got an Necromancer and i heard they suck at farming....
