I'm looking to trade my corner L shaped desk for your standard size computer desk. I'll be moving soon and I don't have a place for this large desk.
My L shaped corner desk is nothing fancy. It's gray with natural wood accents. I bought it 3 years ago...

I added a usb extension cable for easy access and microphone/headphone extension cables so I could have a lot more freedom to move around the office. What computer accessories do you find useful that you think aren't commonly used?

Duct tape to hold mouse cable where it goes over the back of the desk so the cable weight doesn't.
Every time I buy a disk I go.

Where as a wooden desk you can just get some cable tidies that mount to the underside of the desk....
Not sure if you have had a glass desk or not, but the one thing that can be rather irritating about running channels through the wall.

They have two at least 2' of depth to your desk (mine are 2'6")....unless you are ONLY gaming at it.
Don't underestimate the need for depth of a desk.
