It looks like it came out mid to late 2011. You plug the router into your video source (Cable box etc) and you have a 7 inch screen that you can carry anywhere in the house wirelessly (100 ft.) I can watch the Reds game on the front porch or in the garage...

Regardless, it looks awesome and I always love it when someone can recycle an old garage.
That had to be a lot of work getting that old .

Is It Cheaper to Build Attached or Detached Garage (TN)? I live in northeast TN. I was curious as to whether it is generally cheaper to build an attached garage or detached garage.

You build everything apart from the main house and you won't breach the home's integrity be cheaper and easier to build detached since you don't have to deal with tying it into the existing structure.

Its a 2006 garage and there was a permit, at first I assumed not because.
Just down to below grade.
