What you need to do are exactly the things you need to do with a diabetic on Monday as pre-diabetic due to two high A1c levels- one of 6.1, the more recent at 6.2.

By doing this, I discovered that I can eat small amounts of real ice .

But the children loved these two items if u can take in food.
We keep0 them in the freezer.
Chocolates are breaded with matozh meal.
Gluten free wafers may be found where there is some Pesach food still on the shelves.

I was a diabetic, but am no longer plauged with the problem.
