What you need to do are exactly the things you need to do with a diabetic on Monday as pre-diabetic due to two high A1c levels- one of 6.1, the more recent at 6.2.

I have learnt how to test a new relationship with food....
Since then I have attended a diabetic teaching class at a big local hospital.
By doing this, I discovered that I can eat small amounts of real ice .
Eating that specific food.

WE read about a guide who specializes in gluten free food. He had a whole list of places. We would love to use him in the future with our grandchildren who are both gluten free and diabetic. Right now we are inIsrael and will be in Tel Aviv starting Monday...
