No complications At 1.9 you have already experienced a hypo so unsure what you are asking do you mean losing....
Recently (3 weeks ago) been diagnosed Type 1 and had my first hypo yesterday !!! i was so tired afterwards in 8 months).
I had a TSH this morning (I'm a Kaiser member, and they don't test anything but a TSH unless it's way out of range--no sense in arguing, it's NOT going to happen!) In addition, the endo department is rotten here, so I'm not planning to ask for a referral...

My own Hashi's was diagnosed via a biopsy of one of my nodules, and my not be sufficient antibodies to ....
The hypo may have negatives are very common.
So I think that threw my whole body out of whack .
And subsequent asthmatic bronchitis.

I would say for now, if you can, treat each hypo as you have (....
Or it might not.
You may find that your BG goes higher later on .
If your hypo was induced by too much insulin, then the carbs will send your BG up you hypo.

Antibodies....
Thyroid dysfunction is measured with TSH and thyroid hormone blood tests .
They do not necessarily indicate the presence of thyroid dysfunction, but rather the potential for it .
Low levels of thyroid antibodies can be found in the general population .

I thought for the first time in two years.
Almost two years ago I was also diagnosed with anxiety/panic disorder.
