I was just diagnosed last month after suffering for like 10+ years of undiagnosed pain. That was treated for multiple kinds of abdominal pain. The only reason I finally had the lap to diagnose endo was becuse I had several bouts of Right Lower quad pain...

Ok I'm confused. I thought that having an HSG is a diagnostic for endometriosis? How does endo get diagnosed? only from having an exploratory lap? Is it because the tissue can grow not just in the tubes but elsewhere? So you could have a clear HSG but...

The ONLY way to diagnose endo is from ....
It can obstruct your bowel etc.
So yes, they are two separate thingsEndo can grow everywhere not just your reproductive organs .
