Every time my daughter poops, I have to wipe between her labia because it gets pushed up in there.
Is this normal with girls? Should I fear infections? Am I doing anything wrong? Is the area too sensitive to be wiped 3 to 4 times a day? She poops that...

Size 3s are huge compared to 2s, so if in doubt, i would .
Be changing the diaper anyways...dont know why seeing poop is a problem...it should only be for a moment since poop=diaper change time anyways.

LO gets changed every 90 mins at DC (unless its a poopy which are also ASAP) I think LO goes through 4-ish diapers a day.
Poops are changed ASAP.
Every 3-4 hours when I have him.

The skin around my Los anus is VERY red and raw. She screams and cries for diaper changes. It has gotten progressively worse overnight. I stopped using wipes and I'm using wet washcloths instead. I'm wondering if it is thrush because I had it on my nipples...
