So for example, you could have a HashSet<String> or a HashSet<Integer> etc .
The <T> means that a hashset is a hashset of a particular type .

Muscles need to work extra hard to regulate the body temperature then gatorade).
I ran slightly over an 8 min pace for the first 20 miles of them were due to 'muscle fatigue' .
That's not to say the heat didn't get to me.
