Has anyone heard whether mazda is going to offer a diesel vehicle in the US anytime soon? In particular the Mazda 3. I know they offer a diesel version in Europe. Didn't know if anyone has heard any rumours on whether one is coming to the US?

Hybrids don't have to be slugs...the Honda Accord hybrid did 0-60 in 6 seconds, I'd definitely be interested.
