I am having one Esteem of 1991 model petrol. Now i want to fit diesel on to it. Can anybody tell what engine should be good for it and where i will get the engine and what will be the overall cost for this convertion. Lastly is there any problem in RTO...

So in 2013 the WK2 is supposed to be coming out with a diesel . Has anyone heard what engine will go in it? I know Fiat has a lot of diesel options and since Mercedes is no longer in the mix I do not think it will be the 3.0 CRD from the previous generation...

Most likely got the engine but had the ancillaries swapped over as above so the engine in my 400 could ....
The engine is physically the same unit, but some of the ancillaries are different, namely, both with lower pressure injectors.

Was thinking about changing our ten year old corolla for a new TR Yaris with the 1.4 diesel engine.
Is this going to be a good choice or would the 1.33 petrol engine be better?
Since we are retired it's just about economy really.

Fund tax and some people may prefer the low down pulling power of a diesel engine - also if you buyNo idea what the new diesel is like in this car! But doing that kinda milage I'd stick to a petrol in your area normally sell well....

I'm looking to replace my 06 Jeep that has a Hemi.I've been looking at a BMW/MB or a VW with a diesel engine.I want a car but none of those cars offer all-wheel drive.Those same cars without a diesel can be bought in all-wheel drive but with gasoline....

A FWD car with a diesel engine (like the aforementioned cruze diesel), and get a set of steel wheels with a diesel engine (like the aforementioned cruze diesel), and get a set of steel wheels and snow diesel....

Found this oil on sale at a nearby farm store. SM/CJ rated, labeled for use in the Powerstroke diesel. Bottle makes no mention of being a synthetic blend as most other MC oils do. Truth be told I'm not evensure if it's a ConocoPhilips product.

Based on the specs, see below, it should be a robust oil and because a roadtrip .. .
My take is that if your engine is rated for a 10W30, either by the manual or your climate for both gas or diesel engines.

Have chirping from 6.0 engine in no load and deceleration; sometimes when just running; louder when towing. Ford engineer checked and says norm turbo noise for new 2006 engine. Huh!! What an improvement; must be to insure no sleeping while driving. Had...
