In my opinion, it is much healthier than drinking a bunth of lemonade....
I would look into doing a juice fast.
Starving yourself and drinking lemonade won't the lemonade cleanse.
For a week with a minimum of a gallon of water per day .

This may be a really silly question but if I add sugar free squash to diet lemonade is it still syn free?
Just because I know there are some "cheats" that turn free foods into syns and I was wondering if by adding these free drinks together...
