Diet soda and water flavorings Is diet soda bad for type 2 diabetics? And what about the MiO flavorings? I really hate just plain water and would like a change from adding lemon or lime to it.

The diet cola flavor is very similar to Pepsi.
It is a machine.
We primarily like diet cola so we recently purchased a Sodastream soda maker.

My highest cholesterol numbers were when I was a vegetarian and ate a year or so .
A high fat diet doesn not increas cholesterol, a high carb diet does.
As far as the fat, we get confusing info from our doctors .

You won't lose fast Watchers.
Years ago in 2009, I didThe only non-fad diet plan that has ever worked for me was Weight Watchers.
There is a thread on here about it if you do a search typing in HCG.

I can honestly put my hand over my heart and say for once i have never cheated on this diet, i haven't gone over my cals allowance, i am over 22 st and following a low GI diet ( diet chef) and i am allowed 1500 cals in total.
my sugar has now dropped ...

During my periodization i find that taking a day off in a week from the diet my body can't adapt to it and is more easy maintain the bodyweigth...what do you think about it? do you do a day off from your diet wher you can eat what you want? alex87 Posts...
