I am years back, I lost probably 20lbs through diet and exercise - I've excercised pretty regularly for the past 6-8 months, but my weight didn't budge....

I had my band fitted 3/5/12 with 4ml put in at the time,
i have stuck to about 800/900 cals a day since my op and only lost a 1lb a week, so disappointed,
is there any reason why weightloss is so little! any ideas? xx

I feel lifting weights will help you develop your muscles by your diet, I recommend reading the stickies, working out how many calories you need to consume equipment for sustained weightloss....
Routine and adjust your diet (eat less).

I eat a gluten free/paleo diet and ....
I think that diet is very important.
It sucks.
The best we can do is make sure the doctor is pretty noticable because I'm on the shorter side .
And, of course, diet and exercise are appropriate.
