Where do i get a disabled parking badge from/? I am a personal assistant for a young man with special needs and go out every day in my car, i wanted to know if i could get a blue badge and where do i go to get it?

The parking permit at a store while the disabled person remains in the car, this is illegal use of the parking permit out the paperwork....
It will be mailed to the disabled person or can be picked up in person.
Will be issued.

Last Friday night after having picked up my young son from childminder I accidently parked in a disabled parking bay in the next street along from our house, this was due to a combination of both me rushing to get my tired crying son back home as soon...

Is a disabled residents parking bay hence why they use contravention code 16 rather than 40.

I moved into Loughborough in March 2008 and our road and surrounding roads are subject to Parking permits because of the problems with students attending the Uni parking in our roads to be nearer the Uni and means they don't have to walk far.

But it is the Leicestershire County Council Highways Dept is who is refusing to give me a parking bay because of my disabilites as they have already supplied 8 other bays for other disabled people and then driving off to find somewhere....

No laws are bing broken if you aren't disabled and park in a disabled space, same as those who don't have the disabled person in the car with them but still park in the disabled space I suppose.

But considering that people -- it's a disabled parking spot and you're not disabled.
I wouldn't park in a parking bay reserved for a disabled person.

This is our first time to the festival, we are coming with our five year old and four year old. My youngest is disabled so my question is, is there disabled parking at the festival which will mean we can park close to the family camping enclosure?

As far as I know a UK disabled parking permit is ok to use in Menorca.
