Which would be better? Swap to zj discs or getting a 8.8 with discs? Which one has bigger rotors and/or calipers? Thanks

WouldBrake rotor and caliper....
I planed to do the wj brakes for the front but I want discs all around.
Wouldn't waste my time putting disc front brake swap.
Your jeep for and what axle you plan on putting the ZJ brakes on.

Having not experienced disc brakes, I wonder about them,
When did they first appear on '90s MTB's ?
And weight, how do they compare in terms of weight to a rim brake set up ?

I've had hydraulics that have worked flawlessly before, but I truly prefer mechanical disc brakes. Easy peasy - no hassle with bleeding, hose lengths and overall price of purchase and upkeep.
