Im no doctor so cant say for sure, it also could foolery messing around with friends and not realised you have hurt yourself.

It appears I have blown out a disc in my back. I bent over to pick up a trailer tongue a few weeks ago. I noticed a little twinge at that point. It has gotten a lot worse, so I got an MRI yesterday. Sure enough there is a bad disc.
