I currently have nearly 50k in my 401k, and we hopeful that within 5 years we could have all of the debt paid off, but only if we cash out this 401k aware how much more that 50k can accomplish....
Budget (no cell phone bills, no cable TV, etc).

The whole question hinges on whether or not the TSP come out with a Roth 401K in the second quarter of 2012 or not. If they do come out with a Roth 401K it's 2012 contribution limit will be $17K, with I believe an option to contribute higher if deployed...

I paid my maintenance fees today
$2609.45 for 2 weeks per year!
When I bought in 1999 my first unit (Imperial Palms) the maintenance fees were $702.29. Now, they are $1242.54 a 56.52% overall increase!
I wish my 401k had that kind of return over the past...
