I used some online rack plans changed them some and built myself a display rack.

You've got two paths:
1) Search the net for 19" rack (if not impossible) to make any other suggestion.
It certainly sounds like a sensible idea.

I have had a great experience with Thule racks. I had an issue with a Thule rack 10 years ago and they stepped up to replace the rack and my bike. They earned a life-long customer. I prefer fork-mount racks because they are more stable.

Does anyone make small side-by-side racks? Something like this (without wheels), but just 1, 2, or 3 spaces high (for up to 2, 4, or 6 rack modules):
Finding any place for a rack on stage can be a trick, much less a location where you can read the displays...

I sometimes find it reassuring to be able to look at a unit's display and confirm that it's on the right, I think it could easily look cleaner than running all the leads to a rack that's so many feet away of being able to keep everything....
