I worked there, here is reality:
Most people earn 35-60k there and only the top 15% earns 6 figures.
The top 15% have all been there 2 years or more, why? because they get paid twice as much as a guy who just started last month DOING THE SAME EXACT THING...

Isn't $30 - $50 grand a year average starting and sunday! you have to close 10 loans a month in order to get your comission, if you only get nine for the mortgage banker position at Quicken....

If a private lender made the loan then 2 things would have happened.
The student loans should never have been.
I'm not sure how these fees compare to private loan fees.
