When you say your 'back is out' do.
Not that you should climb aboard, but that injuries can heal .
I would ask for referral to a back specialist again .
In your position I would be seeing a doctor.

Today I went to the loo and when I wiped there was a quite small amount of this weird clear jelly like substance...this freaked me out no end and I ended up checking myself for most of the day..about an hour later when I wiped there was a very small streak...
