My school uniform makes me look fat? I'm 14 161cm and weigh 55kg, so I not exactly fat but my uniform makes me look fat. I wear trousers (not allowed a skirt) I wear a white shirt, black tight short cardigan, and a tie oh and a blazer.
Any tips?

Studied teachers all school uniforms make most girls look fat even if they are not.

I starting weightlifting and i have noticed that I have gained more belly fat, I can barely fit into my pants. is this normal? i have put on some muscle and feel stronger but my goal is to also lose fat.
