It actually just crossed my mind because I just heard neighbors dogs barking just now for no reason and I remembered when someone told me that Dogs do see ghosts at night, how true is that?

I take his wordthere are no ghosts :) If I start to believe in things there is no evidence for I can believe also and that energy or traces of....
He also does not have any medical issues or hallucinates .

Yes, it's possible your dog is seeing "something" your not able starting this behavior? If it is something paranormal at least your dog doesn't seem to feel very threatened by it if all she does is leave ....
