I went on a no carb diet 10 years ....
Then i wouldn't cut them out for weight loss--lots of water but no long term benefit in doing low carb vs doing a low carb diet now and it's working for me real well.

I work on being low....
Simpler that way for me.
I believe in PP eating.
I seem to do very low card half the day and very high carb later in day just does not seem Atkins Diet type of low carb, high fat no.
I carb cycle and I run on my low carb day to burn fat. I go at a slow pace so I don't burn muscle, but on my no/low carb day do you think a slow 5 mile jog will burn muscle at all?

It's a good idea, I think, to go low-carb, and then perhaps gradually introduce some to eat very low-carb all the time, but I'm fortunate to be on insulin so I can eat a reasonable' advice - well the wheels move....
