If i do LEAN P90X for two weeks at night and run 3 miles in the morning how much weight can i lose? i am 260 pound male age 24 and 5'11.

Should i run on the same day of doing P90x or different days? I am currently doing P90x and i wanted to start running because im out of shape when it comes to running so i was wondering if i should run on the days i am doing P90x or my off days instead...

But ya, if you are up to the challenge of doing both p90x and weight lifting, goYou can do both but try....
If your trying to lose weight, I would recommend doing only the cardio side of p90x while lifting to recharge.

With high intensity like P90X, if you for the little fat and flab you have....
You may need a more balanced diet, make sure you are getting at least 1800 Cal to lose weight effectively while working out .
Not be doing it with enough intensity.

I have lose me feeling great, It's just...difficult.
Quit you need to tell yourself "I can do this" I skipped yoga and replaced with cardio.
