I am currently running 5/3/1 for Back Squats. I am wondering if it'd be okay to include a Front Squat day. I don't like squatting once a week, yet I know that there IS a full body template which has you squatting 3x a week. Thoughts ? Thanks will +rep...

As far as musculature is concerned, front squats will do similar things as back squats the....
For the quads, yes, front squats trump massive.
Can handle way more weight doing back squats than front squats.
I have a sharp pain in the v-cut area of my body when I'm doing squats with heavy weights. I've been told I have proper form. Does anyone know what's causing this pain?

Possible hernia maybe? Torn muscle? Does it hurt any other time? Only at the bottom of my squats and only when there's a lot of weight....
Top of the squat when coming up, also the initial lift on deadlift hurts same area do you got.

This is honestly the only lower body stretch I do, but....
How much weight do you squat? Do the preacher squat, aka 3rd world squat, a few minutes throughout the day, every day.
To parallel to the floor as you can.

Switched to doing concentric front squats(from regular ones) recently,find my lower back very taxed and pumped from doing them.Anyone experiences this as well? Never had this problem with regular front squats.
