Hi. This is our first family trip to Gulf Shores. We're going early October. I was wondering if there's anywhere to swim with the dolphins or what kinds of attractions there are for kids? Mine are 6 & 9. Thanks!!!

Trying to decide between these 2 excursions for our next DCL cruise. DD (10) loves dolphins, so some dolphin activity is a must. I've read the descriptions of both, and they sound similar, other than the swim also involves swimming with the dolphins.

We had brief lecture telling us what to expect and how to do certain things .
Then, we went to the dolphin place.
They LOVED it! We did the dolphin swim in Grand Cayman which also included a stop at the turtle farm.

We missed the Swan/Dolphin this trip.
For the first time, we decided to stay at a Disney Resort instead of our tried and true Swan/Dolphin. We skipped the awesome AAA rates, and payed more for the experience of the Sunset Savannah at AKL and Garden View...

And for the price and location, the Swan/Dolphin are a win.
I expected so much more from a "wine bar."
Actually, I enjoyed my stay at the Dolphin more than I enjoyed at the Beach Club, too.
