The pizza and it took over 45 minutes,pizza boy is 30 minutes or less.

I just got in the door a few minutes ago. What a blast. I'll wake up and probably have pizza for breakfast, but, right this second, this is one of those extremely rare times when I don't want to see another pizza. Don't get me wrong, it was all SO good...

I decided to give Fontanta's a try today for lunch.
I received a menu in the mail (or door), and saw that it reminded me of "Joe's Pizza" in Plano.
So my expectations were NY style thin crust pizza, oven visible from the dining area, good sub and pasta...

The first picture is the dough ball before adding the cheese to it, so you could see what it should look like after adding the water. Don't forget to mix the 3/4 cup of cheese to the dough ball before covering and resting.
