During the week, a bowl of honey nut cheerios o some bran cereal with fruit in it, and copious amounts of BLACK coffee. Weekends, Sat: bacon, eggs, toast. Sunday is Biscuits and thick gravy with plenty of sausage in it. Of course, at least a pot of coffee...
