If they want to abort that's their choice.
Just because one person is mentally/physically/financially able to care for a child with Down Syndrome doesn't mean all are.
With Down Syndrome? It should definitely be allowed.

I soooo wish Olivia had JUST Down syndrome. We've been on this leukemia for two weeks now and my child is changing. She is crankier than ever thanks to the steriods and she isn't learning as well thanks to the chemo killing good cells.
Just sooo bummed...
