My EVO 4g is having issues downloading picture mail...not sure what the issue is, it has just started in the last few days, it has worked with no problem in the past, please advise me of how to correct this problem! Thanks!

All picture mail sent and received is through your data.
Generic message failure message failed to download...I cannot send picture mail either...

The Sprint Picture Mail website instructs users to hold the control key down while selecting multiple pictures and videos and then dragging them to the "Download to computer" icon. This does not work. You can only download one at a time after opening ...

HoweverIt's the command key, Hold down the command key and select the ones you want to download then "left.
Thank you.
Click hold" on the last picture chosen and drag them to the download to pc box.

Hi vardhan.niit Once you uploaded a image as community Display image again you can't downland just try by right click on that image >> Save image .
