Technically, this is a viable deck for September.
Unfortunately, it won't be making an impact in any way whatsoever because the game has simply progressed far beyond what these weak cards can do. Expect D-Draw to go to 3 in March.

And Debris Dragon can bring it back from the Graveyard for an easy Black Rose Dragon or Gungnir, Dragon of the Ice Barrier .
As fusion fodder for Absolute Zero.
