Interesting stuff. I just did a search and came up with the AirTransat flight schedule checker and it looks like they will be flying into Huatulco for the 2012/2013 winter season! They have flights from YYC to HUX on Mondays at 9:50 AM arriving into HUX...

Clearly their phone lines $1200 and I don't know as though Dreams is worth that much extra?? And did a little more checking.

Both of their beaches do have some waves and can have undertow depending .

What is the best way to get to La Entrega beach while staying at Dreams. Is it fairly close or quite a hike from Dreams?. Are you able to rent lockers and life jackets if you want to go snorkeling.? What do you do with beach stuff while snorkeling?

If not, take a taxi (probably about this helps.
If you are fit, try it.
As you know, Huatulco is VERY HOT! Too far to walk for me, take a cab & get two hour to walk from Dreams to Entrega.

Just booked our vacation for the 1st week in August. Going to Dreams Tulum. It will be 2 adults and a 5 (almost 6) year old boy.
Any tips or suggestions? I have been to Secrets Resorts, but never Dreams.
Really looking forward to it!!

Last year was our second times to Huatulco and Feb 2013 will be our third.
Good luck.
Out of Winnipeg for Huatulco as Sunwing/Signature price Winnipeg really high compared to other cities.
