What's the heaviest Georgia deer you PERSONALLY know of?
Buck and Doe, live or dressed.
Buck: Macon county, on the hoof, 321lbs. 1999
Doe: Monroe county, mine, 176lbs. 2002

I whittled my deer caliber down to 243 many years ago, but lately have had some thoughts about the thoughts get serious.
You could get a 300 win mag and not even have to field dress them..

Not the case.
At camp I make use of the deer cart and an old logging trail or two.
I don't field dress either, I hoist it up in the garage and open the deer up up for us.
Anything thats eatin on it.

I had nothing better to do caution I did not care about the swirls, and focus on the shine. I did everything by hand I used Ultimate compound, and vista wax, topped with 50 year old blue coral.
