I drink a lot of water! its all i drink but its a lot haha I know I drink a lot! Yeah, I rarely get pimples.
For your skin, you should drink around 6-8 glasses a day.

I have been drinking MT Dew for ages now and the caffeine used to affect me but it doesn't even bother me now!

I do, but only in the mornings after i've stayed up all night
surprisingly it helps but i tend to go a little overboard with it. last tuesday i drank like 7 cups i think it was. slowly ruining my body one cup at a time

Many people advised me to drink lot of water, Il drink only 1 liter of water and im bit healthy. However, no one said me the valid reason to drink lot of water. Could someone please share me why to drink lot of water.

I will drink in front of my boys but never get drunk, just because it's a lot more relaxing! Mine didn't.
