Clean drinking water
Could someone please tell me what sort of precautions need to be taken, if any, to keep your water tank clean to ensure clean drinking water?

Personally I think....
I also carry a few bottles of mineral water with Milton.
Tap with 12mm black irrigation pipe (common garden variety) and got my drinking water and showering, and drinking water only in emergencies.

I saw the thread on making an emergency still for making drinking water, and got thinking. How hard would it be to make a water purifying still out of an old pressure cooker? And I mean only for making drinking water.
I have a pressure cooker I am getting...

I know you can drink RO water but is it safe to drink RO/DI water?

When I need drinking water I just disconnect my RO unit from the DI line and run it into a 2G Poland....
I used to drink pretty much only RO water.

Starting to see more and more courses choose not to put out drinking water. Had more then one use the excuse of the health department reasons. Its 2012 and there is no way to saftley put out drinking water. Its not like they are charging .25 for a bottled...

Has anyone else heard that drinking ice water helps to speed up your metabolism? The theory is that your body must "work" to bring the temperature of the water up (or something like that). Does anyone think it really helps burn calories?

Is building muscle and reducing body fat.
