If you have a frost free valve run inside the house the first time you go to turn it on for the year... they arn't as great as one would think.

Here faucet, do you mean like dripping faucet? Usually you will find rubber o-rings on the bottom of the plastic cylinder....
Moen has excellent exploded drawings of their faucets.
That looks like a Moen brand faucet to me.
