Driver's License Number

Yes you will be issued the same number but thats here in california I got a state ID card back in 1997 when I was about 14 years old and when I got my Driver License at age 18 I got the same number issued. I even got the same number issued when I got my Commercial Driver License and even so after my License is expired I went to the DMV to get a state ID and I still got the same number so chances are that you got the same number that you got back in 1997 so your number never changes even if expired. source

I use my expired ones for this, usually nobody ever notices. It's real common at theatres for the people who borrow the headsets, it's always bothered me that they would all just be sitting there usually unattended in the little cubby holes once the show started. source

You dont need to do a practice test, it is fairly simple. Just make sure you buy the book at the licensing centre, and read it paying particular attention to numbers , such as how far away from a bus stop etc. source

Back in 2007 at YYC I only showed my Emerald Club card to the agent at the booth. I had my DL with me, but I had scored a Mustang convertible in Emerald Reserve and I didn't want the agent to see I was still under 25. Amazingly, he never asked for it and I was on my way. Oh I agree with you Chris on the certificate, but adding the expense of the actual license is my beef. As long as the certs are there why another piece of paper to pay for? We have a small bass boat that we want to get back in the water, and we only use an electric troller since outboards are not allowed in most lakes here. source
