I suspect there were several driving infractions before / have cars .

New Mexico is one of three states that issues or gives the legal right for illegal aliens to obtain driver’s licenses. Now a new bill is coming up that would repeal that and the state’s conservative governor supports ...

It works.
As I remember most of the Driver licenses just have the data in plain text code for the last 2 years.
license info from the card.
