^As he said, use a multimeter.
That's it.
Insert the red probe into the output of the adapter, connect the black probe with outer side(metal) of the output plug.
Set the multimeter to 50v AC.

Anyone thats had ac problems.. anyone know where the blend door actuator is... i know theres more than one.. i think either 4 or 6 heard both.. but the one that switches from heat to ac... my ac lines are cold.. and theres a clicking behind the dash.....

So AC stopped working when i press the AC button the light doesn't turn on and warm air comes in ... a few days ago it worked fine and blew cold as heck air through so ik its not a freon problem. i found these wires broken and the connector ripped off...

Its a brown Relay on the drivers side in the engineok i got a bunch ac relays....
Edit: replace it with a known relay to be good .
It may be bad.
On the drivers side in the engine compartment.

The AC in my 99 petrol GU is doing some weird things. Only started happening this week.

It was not connected cooler than normal but def not ice cold like it usually does with AC on.
The only electrical plug on it is on the drivers side at the bottom.
It back in.
