Basically, the lighter the spindle, the lighter the yarn.
How funny, I was just thinking that today is a good day to pick up my spindle! I have been spinning and stand up when you're spinning unlike if you're using a wheel.

As Davey posted, we went to Famoso this last weekend. He got all his license passes in and that car continues to amaze!!! My car liked the good air and ran 10 teens all day with a best of 10.15 @ 128.9. Not bad for the old iron heads, but time has passed...

Just curious because I always hear about loads of people disliking the entire idea, but show support by spinning anyway. Feel free to post your reasoning.
Personally, I'm not really a fan of it anymore. I haven't been playing...

Two examples cadence for any quick sprint efforts.
Liked to push a big gear and lance preferred to spin
in my experience bigger riders that i know like to mash and skinny guys like to spin There's nothing "wrong" with either styles.
