You can't drop a table with a function: you have to do it in a stored proc.

You can use the --add-drop-database flag in mysqldump to drop the database before importing the dump:
--add-drop-database Add a 'DROP DATABASE' before each create.

You know when people die they drop rotten flesh, i dont think that it's enough. I think you should also drop some bones too. Does anyone agree?

The rotten flesh people drop when they die cannot be picked up (unless this has recently been fixed and I'm not aware of it).
Bones are actually pretty useful if you make them.
Of guests (like a useful drop) should be avoided.
